Regulations on the Heavenly Rescuers Diploma
From May 10 to 17, 2020, the Fifth Ocean club of amateur radio aviators holds days of activity dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Emergencies Ministry's establishment.
Radio amateurs from all countries of the world are invited to conduct radio communications with radio amateurs with members of the Fifth Ocean club on the bands 1.8 - 28 MHz and VHF.
Links to the diploma are counted from May 10, 2020.
The diploma is valid until 12/31/2020.

Conditions for completing a diploma

The required number of points for the diploma for applicants is 25;
Scoring:
- For communication with the special call sign R25AER - 5 points.
- For communication with the radio enthusiasts, the members of the Fifth Ocean club, working as ... / AM, also RA1AMX (# 567) - 3 points.
- For connections with Honorary Members of the Fifth Ocean Club U4MIR, R2DAV, R5DU, RA3YV, RV3YR, UA1ZZ, UA3DJ, LZ1ZF - 2 points.
- For the connection with the radio amateur members of the club "Fifth Ocean" 1 point.
- For conducting communications on VHF and a range of 160m, 1 point is added to the above listed.
- A diploma is issued for 1 connection through a satellite or EME.

Multiplier for applicants, depending on the Region:
- Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan - 1;
- Europe (except for the listed countries) - 2;
- Asia, including Russian amateur radio enthusiasts from 19 zones (except for the countries listed) - 3;
- North and South America, Africa, Australia and Oceania, Antarctica - 5.

Repeated QSOs are only allowed on different bands and with different types of radiation.
In the days of activity (from 10.05.2020 to 05.17.2020), the points for conducted radio communications double.
The diploma is issued free of charge in electronic form through the resource https://aviaham.hamlog.ru/diplom/.

Activators, members of the Fifth Ocean club, a diploma with a number in order with the index "A", is issued depending on the amount spent on the days of activity of QSO:
- Grade 3 diploma for 100 QSO;
- 2nd grade diploma for 250 QSO;
- 1st grade diploma for 500 QSO;
- diploma "Master" - for 1000 QSO.

Members of the Fifth Ocean Club, in the days of activity and after graduation, can receive a diploma as applicants in a general manner.

Pennant execution conditions.

- Applicants - score 30 points in activity days.
- Activators - having completed 200 or more QSOs in activity days.

Conditions for the performance of medals.

For Applicants:
- Silver medal “25 years of the Ministry of Emergencies Aviation” - you need to score 40 points in the days of activity.
- Gold medal “25 years of the Ministry of Emergencies Aviation” - you need to score 60 points in the days of activity.

For Activators:
- Silver medal "25 years of aviation of the Ministry of Emergencies" - it is necessary to conduct 150 or more QSO in days of activity.
- Gold medal "25 years of aviation of the Ministry of Emergencies" - it is necessary to conduct 250 or more QSO in days of activity.
The first three members of the club who received the Master diploma are awarded with the gold medal “25 years of Aviation of the Ministry of Emergencies” for free.
