The Fifth Ocean Club Council has established the diploma for the ham radio enthusiasts participating in Victory 75 Memorial.

 To obtain a diploma, applicants must earn 75 points on the days of activity from May 2 to May 9, 2020.

- Special, temporary callsigns give 10 points:

• RP75AO - Russian Aviators;

• RP75WA - Military Aviators;

• RP75LG - Pilots Heroes;

• RP75BA - Bomber Aviation.

- Special, temporary callsigns give 5 points:

• RP75GD - Grigory Dolbenko;

• LZ75ZZ - General Zakhary Zakhariyev;

• RP75GN - Heroes of Novozybkov;

• RP75IP - Ivan Polbin;

• RP75MP - Marshal Pokryshkin;

• RP75MA - Maresyev;

• RP75GC - General Chernyakhovsky;

• RP75GE - Yelets - the city of Military Glory

• EV75OB - Liberation of Belarus;

• RP75ZD - Green Dol;

• RP75SA - Sergey Azarov.

- For the contact with radio amateurs, members of the Fifth Ocean club 1 point.

- For communication with radio amateurs, members of the SRVS club 1 point.

Applicants who have fulfilled the general conditions of the diploma and have established communications with all stations operating special, temporary callsigns:

• RP75AO - Russian Aviators;

• RP75WA - Military Aviators;

• RP75LG - Pilots Heroes;

• RP75BA - Bomber Aviation

A special anniversary diploma “Immortal Aviation Regiment” is issued.

Repeated QSOs are only allowed on different bands and with different types of radiation.

Activators, members of the Fifth Ocean Club, a diploma with a number in order marked “Activator”, is issued depending on the amount spent on the days of activity of the QSO:

- Grade 3 diploma for 100 QSO.

- 2nd grade diploma for 250 QSO;

- 1st grade diploma for 500 QSO;

- diploma "Master" - for 1000 QSO.
